Media representatives registered to cover the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits may collect their accreditation passes beginning 22 October 2025, and throughout the operational period of the International Media Centre (IMC).

Details are as follows: 

a. Pass Collection Details 

Date: Wednesday 22 October 2025

Time: 4.00 pm - 8.00 pm

Venue: International Media Centre (IMC), Hall 1, Ground Level, KLCC

b. Additional Pass Collection Option 

Accreditation Passes may also be collected at the IMC during its operational period: 

Venue: International Media Centre (IMC), Hall 1, Ground Level, KLCC

Operating Dates : 22 – 28 October 2025 

Operating Hours: 8.30 am - 8.00 pm 

c. Important Reminder:

To ensure a smooth collection process, media representatives are advised to contact the Media Registration Team in advance to confirm that their passes are ready.

All media representatives must wear their accreditation passes at all times while covering the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits.
