The Malaysian Timber Council (MTC) is pleased to invite members of the media to the Opening Ceremony of the Malaysian Wood Expo (MWE) 2025, officiated by YB Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani, Minister of Plantation and Commodities.

Now in its third edition, MWE 2025 is a premier platform for global timber players, manufacturers, designers and buyers to connect, collaborate and innovation exchange. Complementing the exhibition is the Timber Conference, featuring renowned international and local experts sharing insights on global trade trends, market opportunities, sustainability, and design innovation. 

Since its debut in 2019, the Malaysian Wood Expo has established itself as a gateway for trade, generating over RM320 million in sales revenue from past editions. The 2025 edition continues this tradition, highlighting Malaysia’s growing presence in the global timber industry and promoting sustainability, innovation, and design excellence.

Venue: Hall 1, Level 1, Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur
