The two events offer complementary perspectives on Malaysia’s technology journey, from translating homegrown R&D into market opportunities, commercialisation and investment, to strengthening the country’s capabilities and ecosystem in quantum technology.

Technology Beyond Boundaries: Advancing Malaysia’s Technology Frontier
 
MTP 2026 will showcase MIMOS’ latest technologies, innovations and solutions, offering a closer look at how homegrown R&D can translate into technology adoption, commercialisation, investment, technology transfer and strategic collaboration.
 
The event will be officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato' Dr. Haji Mohammad Yusof bin Apdal, Deputy Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI), who will deliver the Guest of Honour Address and launch MTP 2026.
 
Adding to the programme, Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Dato' Sri Haji Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Tahir, Prominent Malaysian Corporate Leader and Chairman of DNeX and SilTerra, will deliver a keynote address, ‘From Innovation to Market Success’, sharing perspectives on the journey from technology development to market value.

Quantum Intelligence: The Next Global Reset
 
MIMOS Quantum Day 2026 will provide a strategic platform to showcase Malaysia’s progress in quantum technology, explore emerging developments and applications, and facilitate dialogue towards a more coordinated and forward-looking national quantum ecosystem.
 
The event will be officially launched by YBhg. Dato' Ts. Dr. Nagulendran Kangayatkarasu, Secretary-General, Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI).
 
Additionally, YBhg. Dato’ Ts. Dr. Amirudin Abdul Wahab, FASc, will deliver a keynote address titled ‘Is Malaysia Ready?’ sharing perspectives on the evolving technology landscape, as well as the opportunities and implications of quantum technology for Malaysia.
 
MIMOS Quantum Day 2026 will bring together key stakeholders from government, industry, academia, research institutions and international strategic partners, with a focus on strengthening collaboration across the quantum ecosystem.
