KOTA DAMANSARA, July 23 (Bernama) -- Encorp Berhad presented a comprehensive progress update to Kebawah Duli Paduka Baginda Sultan Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin AlMustafa Billah Shah on the ongoing development of Balau Residences, a landmark mixed-use project nestled in Teluk Cempedak, Kuantan on 22 July 2025.
The project is a joint venture between Encorp Construction & Infrastructure Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Encorp Berhad (ENCORP), and Touch Millennium Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Touch Group Holdings Sdn Bhd (TOUCH). Together, they have established a strategic partnership under a joint venture entity known as Encorp Millennium Sdn Bhd. The project also reflects ENCORP’s commitment in supporting His Majesty’s aspiration to position Pahang as a leading tourism destination with well-designed and appealing amenities.
To-date, the project has successfully obtained its Kebenaran Merancang alongside key authority approvals including Earthwork and Infrastructure permits. These milestones mark a significant step forward in realising a project envisioned to blend nature, heritage and sustainable living.
