The prestigious award is given to individuals who have made significant contributions to the nation, country and state of Penang. Mr. Barnabas’ honor is in appreciation of his outstanding efforts to advance emergency medical services in Penang.

Mr. Barnabas is a business leader who has worked in the medical technology industry for more than 30 years.
