BANGSAR, Aug 11 (Bernama) -- Central Impression Sdn. Bhd. has officially signed up six prominent companies as anchor and strategic tenants on 29^th July 2025, marking a significant milestone for the upcoming Sentra Mall @ lpoh, scheduled to open its doors to the public by end of October 2025.

The official Landlord-Anchor Tenants Signing Ceremony was held at the Wyndham Grand Bangsar Kuala Lumpur, officiated by Dato' Seow Yong Chin, Chief Executive Officer of Central Impression Sdn Bhd, the landlord of Sentra Mall @ lpoh, and Tuan Hamzarul Hazmir, Chief Operating Officer of Central Impression Sdn Bhd.

The ceremony welcomed key anchor tenants, namely Parkson and Cold Storage, and strategic tenants, namely Sentra Splash (Water Theme Park), Funtasi Land (by Carnivex Adventure) and Pickle Land (comprising MAC Club, Pickle Venture, and Sports Sync), who will soon be part of the vibrant ecosystem at Sentra Mall@ lpoh. Each brand brings a unique dimension to the mall's diverse offerings, aimed at transforming it into a holistic lifestyle and leisure destination.

In his speech, Tuan Hamzarul expressed Sentra Mall's vision to become more than just a retail space, but a hub that integrates shopping, leisure, and community engagement. "We envision Sentra Mall@ lpoh as a connected, inclusive lifestyle destination that reflects both modern aspirations and local values," said Hamzarul. "This signing ceremony not only represents commercial collaboration but also a shared commitment to enriching the community in Klebang and greater lpoh."

Parkson, a leading and award-winning department store in Malaysia and the region, is the anchor tenant of departmental store at Sentra Mall @ lpoh, will be offering its consumers a wide range of merchandise from fashion apparel to household goods. Cold Storage, being the anchor tenant and the premium supermarket in Malaysia as well as in the region, is poised to offer everyday fresh food and essentials to its consumers of Sentra Mall@ lpoh. Sentra Splash, an upcoming water theme park, promises family-friendly fun and adventure for all ages. Carnivex Adventure, via its renowned brand - Funtasi Land, will introduce imaginative indoor play and entertainment experiences for children and families. Pickle Land, a comprehensive recreation and sporting concept, will feature pickleball courts and organising a series of pickle ball tournaments through its partners MAC Club, Pickle Venture, and Sports Sync.

The ceremony also featured a video montage previewing the mall's design and concept, as well as individual videos spotlighting each of the anchor tenants and their unique offerings. Attendees also witnessed the formal signing of agreements, followed by a commemorative group photo.
