Following the success of its inaugural edition, this year’s programme continues PLF and INSEAD’s commitment to equipping senior leaders with the knowledge, perspectives, and practical tools needed to lead effectively in an increasingly complex and AI-driven environment. 

This exclusive three-day leadership retreat, held from 1–3 December 2026, is designed to move beyond traditional executive training, offering an immersive learning experience that challenges leaders to rethink how they lead, influence, and shape organisations in an era of rapid transformation. 

Hosted at The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort, Bukit Tinggi, Pahang, a luxurious, French-inspired sanctuary, the programme brings together an intimate cohort of 30CEOs, C-suite executives, senior public sector leaders, and business owners. Away from the demands of their daily roles, participants will have the opportunity to reflect, engage in meaningful discussions, and explore new approaches to strategic leadership and organisational transformation.

Led by Laszlo Tsonio Avramov, Adjunct Professor in Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD, Executive Coach and AI EdTech Founder, and Professor Phanish Puranam, Professor of Strategy and the Roland Berger Chaired Professor of Strategy and Organisation Design at INSEAD, the programme is designed to be an active and engaging learning experience, drawing on the cumulative expertise of INSEAD professors in leadership, strategy, organisational design, and AI. 

Programme Modules 

The programme comprises four modules focused on helping senior leaders lead transformation in an increasingly AI-driven world: 

●   The Power of Transformation: Explore the emotional dimensions of transformation and understand how emotions, motivations, values, and perceptions of control can influence organisational responses to change. 

●   Profiling for Influence & Change: Develop the ability to identify key influencers, understand organisational power dynamics, and adapt communication and engagement strategies to effectively manage resistance and drive change.

●   AI: From Individual Productivity to Business Transformation: Examine the evolution of AI from a productivity tool to an organisational teammate, including AI agents, multi-agent systems, AI maturity, and the leadership opportunities and challenges arising from increasingly autonomous AI.

●   Redesigning Organisations for the Age of AI: Explore how AI is reshaping operating models, workflows, and individual roles, while equipping leaders to redesign work, rethink managerial responsibilities, and build organisational capabilities for the future.
