INVITATION TO ATTEND CAPITAL MARKET CONFERENCE 2017

The Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is pleased to invite you to its first Capital Market Conference 2017. The conference focuses on current developments in capital markets, importance of business valuations in the fast-changing world and how these factors will impact the respective organisations.
The keynote address will be delivered by Securities Commission Malaysia Yang Berbahagia Deputy Chief Executive Dato’ Ahmad Fairuz Zainol Abidin.
The conference will also explore methods on how small and medium-sized enterprises could explore capital market financing solutions that match their needs, thus raising the equity funding and driving economic growth.
The other topics that will be discussed include on how valuation services keep up with market expectations and the challenges faced by business valuers locally and globally, Integrated Reporting the way forward and, the impact of technology (such as financial technology or Fintech) in the Securities Market.
