CIMB continues to strengthen its commitment to advancing customers and society through initiatives that create meaningful impact and foster a more empowered and inclusive society, including vulnerable and underserved communities, as well as micro and small businesses, and youth. In line with this, CIMB is announcing its community investments over the next 5 years under its Kita Bagi Jadi Komuniti movement, and concurrently launching key initiatives like Women Entrepreneur Empowerment, Jaga Duit, Let’s Duit programmes.

The launch event will be officiated by YB Gobind Singh Deo, Minister of Digital. Joining him at the launch will be Novan Amirudin, Group Chief Executive Officer, CIMB Group, accompanied by Gurdip Singh Sidhu, Chief Executive Officer, CIMB Malaysia and CIMB Bank Berhad; Mohd Herman Sarbini, Chief Operating Officer of TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNG Digital”) as well as founders and heads of key community organisations that support the vulnerable and underserved.

3:00 p.m.: Panel Session: ‘Communities That Matter, Turning Intent Into Impact’
Moderated by Gurdip Singh Sidhu, Chief Executive Officer of CIMB Malaysia and CIMB Bank Berhad
Panel members include representatives from TNG Digital, Kembara Kitchen, Komuniti Tukang Jahit and Teach For Malaysia

3.15 p.m.: Official launch by YB Gobind Singh Deo, Minister of Digital followed by group photo

3.25 p.m.: Press conference followed by Refreshments
